所需食材:猪肉150克,砂糖5克,菌菇粉1克,酱油2克,老冰糖陈皮柠檬膏适量

做法和步骤
1. 里脊肉剁碎
2. 肉馅中加入糖、菌菇粉、酱油搅拌均匀,腌制10分钟
3. 取一小块肉馅,团成小球,压扁,整理成圆片状
4. 摆在铺有硅油纸的烤架上
5. 放入烤箱上下管160度烤15分钟后,取出刷陈皮老冰糖柠檬膏,再烤5分钟即可
