银耳当中含有丰富的膳食纤维,有着调理肠道,促进消化,清热润肺的功效。配上香香糯糯的芋头一起熬出的汤羹,非常的美味。再加入营养的核桃酱、花生酱、芝麻酱或者红枣酱等等更别提有多香甜了
做法和步骤
首先将芋头去皮之后取40克切成小块备用,接着将泡好的银耳掰成小朵,然后把切好的芋头和掰好的银耳放到一个干净的搅打机中,放入清水,清水要摸过银耳和芋头,然后较大均匀。接着放锅里小火熬煮10分钟左右即可,然后将熬好的放在容器当中。
