所需食材:藜麦50克,小米50克,面粉60克,配方奶50克,红枣30克,酵母2克,鸡蛋1个

做法和步骤
1.红枣和鸡蛋、藜麦、小米、牛奶一起放入料理机搅打细腻
2.酵母用温水化开,加到泥糊中加面粉搅拌均匀
3.盖上保鲜膜醒发1-2小时
4.搅拌排气,倒入刷油的模具中,放在蒸锅二次醒发,再开火蒸20分钟,焖5分钟即可
